1. Returns
Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics or beauty products once they have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
